Before committing a five-figure budget, you need to know what's feasible, with which tools, in what order and at what cost. That's exactly what scoping produces — in writing, and it's yours.
Fixed price stated upfront — CHF 1'500 or CHF 2'500
Fully deducted from the project if we go ahead together
A written document you keep, even if you never work with us
Two scopes
The difference is scope, not the size of your company. One precise question to settle, or an entire project where everything is still open. If you're unsure, take the smaller one — we can always widen it.
One precise question
Scoping
CHF 1'500One flow, one system, one decision
One bounded question, answered properly: real feasibility, what plugs in, what blocks, what's missing — and what it costs.
We bound the question and everything around it
Real feasibility: what plugs in, what blocks, what's missing
Effort and cost estimate, in days
Delivered in writing, with a clear recommendation
Example: an assistant that turns a photo of site notes into a quote, connected to existing invoicing software — feasibility, contact with the vendor, scope in two versions, estimate.
For a launch, a new market, a new activity. The project doesn't exist yet and everything is still to be decided. You leave with a written plan you keep.
We lay the project out flat: what, where, when, at what scale
Tool choices, with the reasons — and above all which ones to avoid
Order of operations: what has to start immediately
A realistic schedule, with the workstreams running in parallel
A written plan you keep, with no commitment
Example: a brand launching its online store across three markets in ten weeks — store, ERP, logistics, payments, tracking, acquisition, emails, customer service.
Scoping isn't a sales proposal. It's a working document: what's feasible, what blocks, what it costs, and where to start.
The question, bounded
What's in scope and what isn't, written down. This is the part that prevents CHF 20,000 misunderstandings.
Real feasibility
What plugs into what you already have, what blocks, what's missing. We contact your software vendors when an API needs to be verified rather than assumed.
Tools and order of operations
Which tools to choose and why — and above all which ones to avoid. What has to start immediately, and what can wait until next month.
Effort, cost and schedule
An estimate in days, a budget order of magnitude, and a realistic schedule showing which workstreams can run in parallel.
Who this is for
→ Owners preparing a software investment who want clarity before committing budget
→ Companies launching a new activity, a new market or an online store and having to choose the whole stack
→ Teams with a precise idea who need to know whether it is feasible, and at what price
Who this is not for
— If you mainly want a general direction on your current systems — a two-hour technical consultation is enough
— If you already have approved specifications and only need someone to build them
How it works
1. We bound the question
A first conversation to understand what you need to decide. We confirm the scope — and therefore the price, CHF 1'500 or CHF 2'500 — before starting.
2. We do the work
Analysis of what exists, technical verification, contact with the relevant vendors, comparison of the options. This is the part most providers bury in a free quote and then rush.
3. You receive the document
A written document with a clear recommendation — not three equivalent options that leave you to decide alone. We walk through it together.
4. You decide what's next
The document is yours. Build it with us, with another provider, or in-house. If you continue with Tedbin, the scoping fee is fully deducted from the first invoice.
Request a scoping
Describe what you need to decide. We'll come back within one business day with the scope, the price and the timeline.
