2. Two hours together
In person in French-speaking Switzerland, or remote. We go through your tools, your data and the way your team actually works — including the manual workarounds nobody ever documents.
3. You receive the written direction
Within a few days you get a short document: what we saw, where you're losing time and money, and where to start. Yours to keep.
4. You decide what's next
Work with us, work with someone else, or do it in-house. If you go ahead with a Tedbin project, the CHF 350 is deducted from the first invoice.
